My name is True and I'm 13 years old. My grade is 8th grade. What I want to be when I grow up is an actor because I watch television and​ It looks hard but fun to be an actor. There has recently been a lot of racism in Portland, Oregon, so I think that maybe we can change how it is and help with people realizing there’s so much more to people than just the color of their skin. Everybody is beautiful in their own ways. I can't wait to talk with other youth & create youth only events.

My name is Klassic co-founder of the NCDAC & Diversify Portland. I’m 19 years old and  I’m currently a Social Media Manager for Elevate Oregon. I want to be a Graphic designer eventually & I have already started my path. I chose this because I ireally like to design and create stuff digitally, like making clothing, creating artistic designs patterns and even wearable buttons. You can catch me designing merch for our families business. I want to make an impact in Portland by helping communicate the importance of diversity to the youth of Portland, especially because if the youth don’t get taught now then that could affect this generations knowledge in the future. 

MEET Tahkiya COO in training 

​My Name is Tahkiya Green. I'm the eldest daughter of Mss_Oregon. I am also co-founder of The NCDAC & DiversifyPortland. I'm 21 years old & I personally want to help Portland, Oregon with its constant racist uprisings, homelessness & decreasing graduation rates. I am continuously helping against racism in my city by protesting and spreading education through social media platforms. My community outreach efforts help guide people who are houseless to resources that will better help ease  their current situation. In my opinion the graduation rates could potentially rise if school boards, school communities & others involved in the school come together and look at the issues that need to be addressed. We could easily resolve some of the current issues going on in the schools education systems and what they need to improve within our children's lives and their minds. 
My educational background on certain topics are different than others around me because I was brought up with reading books daily and other things that helped with learning differently than usual like through technology. I have always been interested in wanting to know more than just the why or how.  That's also something that makes me feel unique.

​I love meeting new people and helping others find their pathway or niche into the cannabis industry. I look forward to getting to know all that reach out to me. The other founders and I have a serious mission to CHANGE the way Portland interacts socially. My personal goal is to give businesses,  individuals and families a safe place to talk about cultural differences. I also  enjoy creating spaces that allow fellow Portlanders to mingle with those outside their normal social boxes. I believe that stepping out of your social comfort zone can open you up to new experiences while also helping you grow not just on a personal level but also in how we interact with others at work and in public places. I have been specializing in mediation and public speaking for over 15 years & I look forward to sharing these expertise with you all. My favorite part about the work I do is curating events & watching people become friends with someone they never would of thought they'd be friends with. I also love creating strategic plans to help businesses become more diverse. I am a results driven person with a big heart for all humans.
